AZTEC PLUMBING HAS THE MOST OUTSTANDING SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY OF ANY KIND THAT I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. MY WELL SYSTEM SPRUNG A LEAK AND WAS SPRAYING WATER ALL OVER THE BACK YARD. I CALLED INTO THE OFFICE AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES THEY HAD A TECHNICIAN AT MY HOUSE. HE NOT ONLY FIXED THE LEAKING PIPES, BUT ALSO FIXED THE PROBLEM THAT CAUSED THE PIPES TO BURST. WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRICING. A FEW WEEKS LATER WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH SOME INSIDE PLUMBING AND OF COURSE I CALLED AZTEC. To all at Aztec Plumbing,

We just wanted to let you all know what an incredible service
your company provided in a time of "crisis".

First of all, a couple months ago, my husband dropped the little
stopper that lets the water flow in and out, down the toilet. So
for months, when any of us used the toilet, we would report
whether it flushed correctly or not.

The day before I called your company, I had spoken to my sister
and happened to mention the toilet problem. She asked me why I
just didn't unscrew it from the floor and try to use the snake
from that angle since using the snake from the inside of the
toilet didn't work. I was surprised to hear that it was such an
easy thing to take care of.

And so, after my family went to bed, I began to disassemble and
repair the toilet. I got it loosened from the floor alright but
couldn't even begin to fix it ..About an hour into my endeavor, I
left all my tools and my mess right there and closed the
bathroom doors.

By this time, it was 2:15 a.m. Panicked and overwhelmed, I called
your company. I remember seeing your advertisement in the
stack of mail from that day. I was just going to leave a message
to please call as soon as you opened in the morning. I never
expected to have a "live" person answer. The operator was so
chipper, considering it was 2:15 in the morning!! She asked if my
situation was an emergency, which it wasn't, and that she would
have someone out in the morning.

I went to bed knowing there'd be help within hours. Honestly,
we've lived in Fort Myers 30 years and have had all matter and
kinds of service people throughout those years. But we've NEVER,
EVERhad any company or professional take care of a situation in
the way that your company id. From t e receptionist to Brian,
the plumber, I can't say enough.

Brian got to work, fixed the problem expediently and
professionally, explained the new toilet, and was on his way. It's
weird to say, "we love our new toilet", BUT, "WE LOVE OUR NEW
TOILET"!!! It flushes so quickly and uses so little water. Who
knew?

And to continue, we actually got a call back the following day
asking if we were happy with the service. Great continuity.

I wish I had video of me taking that toilet apart, with all the
mess I created. I think it would have made a great
advertisement.

One more fhing .....I regret hat Brian naa to work in such
undesirable circumstances because, little did I realize that the
toilet valve was not turned off and by the time he got
here, there was 2" of water.

Crisis is over, we'll for sure call you in the future for all of our
plumbing needs.
