Dear Neighbor,
We remain open at this time to provide the essential services you need
and are doing our part to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you require service, please know that we are following CDC guidelines
and doing our part to take every precaution while in your home or business
to ensure your safety. This includes the following measures:
- All technicians are trained in proper hand sanitation.
- All technicians are supplied with disinfectant products to sanitize all areas they come in contact with.
- All technicians have masks and gloves available to use while they are working.
It is extremely important for us to underline that even in this difficult time, plumbing is considered an essential service. The current administration released this judgement in conjunction with a joint memo from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency. The White House’s statement makes it clear that designated businesses are to remain open, "to help state and local officials as they work to protect their communities, while ensuring continuity of functions critical to public health and safety, as well as economic and national security." Plumbers are counted under this measure as “essential critical infrastructure workers.” As such, Aztec Plumbing & Drains plans to remain open for the time being, while simultaneously adopting new guidelines to uphold the safety of our staff and our customers.
If you are looking for more information about preventative measures to
keep COVID-19 from spreading, we highly recommend the information that the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have available on their website.
Stay safe and healthy,
The Aztec Plumbing & Drains Team
