Attention: Customer Service,

On August 15 we had your company service our hot water heater. Craig Aresntsen did the repair which was excellent service. I noticed after he left that I had not given him the discount card which we had received in the mail.

I called the company and explained the situation and was advised to mail in the coupon and I would be credited with the $25.00 discount. Enclosed is the discount card and a copy of the service billing.
I would again like to express our satisfaction with the service and Craig's work. He was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I will certainly recommend Aztec to my friends and neighbors.

The team that did the re-pipe at my home was extremely professional and worked hi a manner that any homeowner would be comfortable with. They were helpful, answered the questions I had and worked neatly with every consideration for my home. Recent water heater replacement
I am -writing to express my satisfaction with your company, and would recommend your services to others. We noticed that our water heater had begun leaking (water on the floor) late Friday night (January 16th).

I did not know anyone I could call, so I looked in the paper and saw your ad in the services section of the News Press, I called at 7:15 am on Saturday, January J 7, 2009 and was greeted by a pleasant and courteous lady who listened to my problem and assured me that she would have a technician call me to schedule replacement of my leaking water heater. Greg (your technician) called me at 7:30 am to ask about the heater and get directions to our home. He said he would be here in about an hour (heard that before, so figured maybe before noon).

Greg arrived within the hour as promised. He came in and evaluated the situation, placed drop cloths on our floor, and went right to work. He finished the installation in less than an hour, cleaned up the area, loaded the old w/h. I paid him and signed his work order, and he left.This experience was a very pleasant one. and I am writing to thank you and Greg for the professional way my problem was solved. Again,
