Aztec Plumbing’s Customer Appreciation Plan allows you to get the best service at the best prices. You will receive our value rate pricing on all our services all the time. Whether we complete a small repair, a larger one or even a repair completed at an additional rate you will receive our value rate pricing for as long as your membership continues.
Aztec Plumbing will complete at least one Home Inspection through the course of the year to help eliminate the possibility of costly and inconvenient emergencies. We will leave you with a written report of the results and keep a copy in our records should you need to refer back to it for any reason.
Water Lines
We will do a visual inspection of all readily accessible water lines to determine their condition. All emergency stops and fixture supplies will be examined and tested when possible. Outdoor sillcocks will be checked to make sure there are no drips that will create a higher than usual water or electricity bill. Well pump equipment will be checked and proper function will be noted. Pressure tanks will be checked for proper pressure and operation. Washing Machine connections will be checked for leaks and hoses will be examined to make sure they are in good working order with no visible defects.
Drain Lines
We will do a visual inspection of all readily available drain lines to determine their condition. All fixture traps and waste piping will be examined and tested. We will check to determine if all lines are draining properly.
Fixtures
We will inspect all plumbing fixtures for their condition and function. All parts of the fixture relating to plumbing will be checked to make sure they are in good working order. We will inspect all toilets for proper operation and test the toilet tank to ensure no water is running through and creating unnecessary water usage.
Faucets
We will inspect all faucets to make sure they are operating as efficiently as possible and do not have any leaks. Tub and shower valves will be tested to make sure the diverter is working correctly. Showerheads will be checked for sediment buildup and proper function.
Water Heaters
We will inspect all water heaters to determine their general overall condition. The tank will be checked for leaks and corrosion that may result in future leakage and damage. Operation of the pressure relief valve, shutoff valves and drain valve will also be checked for proper operation. We will flush the tank to drain sediment from the base at each annual inspection. Flushing greatly increases the lifespan of a residential water heater.
At the completion of your home inspection your technician will go over the results of the inspection and make any recommendations if necessary. Please feel free to accompany your technician during the inspection and point out any special areas of concern. A written report of the inspection results will be left with you upon completion. At your request Aztec Plumbing will be happy to transfer ownership or location of this contract.
