They got here on time and went right to work. Yesterday went like clockwork, as well. The city inspector was here early and John (the drywall guy) was waiting for him to finish and was ready to go to work.  About that time Brian from your company showed up and did a final look around/inspection.  Brian was the one I met first and who gave me the estimate.  He was a very nice young man to work with.

Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable are the words that describe all the guys.

Too often you hear when things do not go right. Frankly, we always expect them to go right so that makes sense. Often we do not take the time to commend the excellent work and this letter is to call out the excellent work that Jeremy Guthrie and Ron did for us on Friday, Nov 19.

Over the past several years we have had four plumbers do work for us, straightforward jobs and none of them have been satisfactory or a good experience. So it was with some trepidation that we call yet another firm, Aztec, and hoped for the best. We got it.

• Jeremy and Ron arrived on time.
• They listened to what we wanted done and Jeremy provided us with and estimate that covered all the items we outlined.

• They had to cut into out wall to replace a valve in the bath and they made a clean job of it, cutting a small home and squaring it off so that we could repair it easily.

• Jeremy made sure all the paperwork was fully completed and correct.
• Neither the kitchen nor the bathroom fixtures leak upon completion.

It is my pleasure to be writing this letter to your firm. Yesterday November 22nd, began as one of the most stressful days I have experienced in many years. I am selling my condo and buyer's inspector recommended total replacement of my plumbing due to the fact that this small condo has been built in 1992-93 and plumbing was specified as: Polybutylene, and needed to be replaced throughout the interior.

Recent water heater replacement
I am -writing to express my satisfaction with your company, and would recommend your services to others. We noticed that our water heater had begun leaking (water on the floor) late Friday night (January 16th).

I did not know anyone I could call, so I looked in the paper and saw your ad in the services section of the News Press, I called at 7:15 am on Saturday, January 7, 2009 and was greeted by a pleasant and courteous lady who listened to my problem and assured me that she would have a technician call me to schedule replacement of my leaking water heater. Greg (your technician) called me at 7:30 am to ask about the heater and get directions to our home. He said he would be here in about an hour (heard that before, so figured maybe before noon).

Greg arrived within the hour as promised. He came in and evaluated the situation, placed drop cloths on our floor, and went right to work. He finished the installation in less than an hour, cleaned up the area, loaded the old w/h. I paid him and signed his work order, and he left.This experience was a very pleasant one. and I am writing to thank you and Greg for the professional way my problem was solved. Again,
